1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of reddyanna.com (the "Website") and all purchases made on it. The Website is owned and operated by Reddy Anna ("Reddy Anna", "we", "us"). By browsing the Website or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require a physical or digital signature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We currently deliver only to addresses in India.

3. Products, prices and information

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• The "MRP" shown is the maximum retail price; the selling price is the price you pay.
• We make every effort to describe products accurately. Product images are illustrative; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Sizes, materials and dimensions are listed on each product page.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel orders for that product and refund any amount paid in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You will receive an order ID on screen and by email. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) if a product is out of stock, the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, the order appears fraudulent or abusive, or the details provided cannot be verified. We may limit quantities per customer (currently up to 10 units of a product per order).

5. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and, where enabled, online payment by UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets through an RBI-authorised payment aggregator.
• For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready; our courier partner may also accept UPI at the doorstep.
• We do not store your card or bank details. Payment data is handled by the payment aggregator under its own terms and security standards.
• If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment aggregator, usually within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancellation by you

You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order ID. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned under our Return Policy. Please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds

Delivery, return, exchange and refund terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return Policy, Exchange Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate name, phone, email and address details; not to place fake or speculative orders; not to resell products bought for personal use in bulk without our consent; not to misuse the Website by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping, or interfering with its operation; and not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Reddy Anna name, logo, website design, text, graphics and images are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

Products are covered by any manufacturer's warranty stated on the product page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government action or courier network disruptions). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly. Subject to your rights to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India having jurisdiction over our registered place of business.

13. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the Website at the time you place an order applies to that order.
