1. Our approach
Reddy Anna respects your privacy. Our Website works with a minimum of cookies and browser storage, and we do not use advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies. This page explains what we store, why, and your rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and India's DPDP Act, 2023.
2. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. "Local storage" and "session storage" are similar browser features that keep small pieces of data on your device. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.

The data in these items stays on your device; it is not sent to us except when you submit your order.
4. Third-party content
We load web fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google states that it does not use this data to build profiles. If you prefer, you can block third-party fonts in your browser and the Website will use your device's fonts.
5. Your choices
- When you first visit, you can choose Essential only or Accept. Because we only use essential and optional functional storage, both choices let the shop work fully; with "Essential only" we will not offer to save your address.
- You can change your choice at any time:
- You can delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing them will empty your cart.
6. GDPR – information for EEA and UK visitors
Although we sell only within India, visitors from the European Economic Area and United Kingdom are protected by the GDPR. For such visitors:

- Legal bases: performance of a contract (orders), legal obligation (tax records), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention) and consent (optional storage, marketing).
- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- Transfers: your data is processed in India. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Retention: as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes
If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
